International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Once your package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or DHL, Sweet Thangs will assist with carrier claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact sweettcustomerservice@gmail.com before sending your item back. Once approved, return instructions and a shipping label will be provided.
Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been accepted. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my garment?
To protect the acid wash, rhinestones, embroidery, and heavyweight cotton construction, wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Air dry when possible and avoid high heat to help preserve the fabric, embellishments, and shape. Do not iron directly over rhinestones or embroidered details.
