Pre-made orders: please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Pre-order items: Please allow up to 15-50+ days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-orderr windows typically close on fridays for that week's batch. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item. 

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by yoiur country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees. 

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
